About iFIT Trainer Nicole Vogel
After opening her own dance studio, iFIT Trainer Nicole Vogel saw how important cross-training was to dance training. She started leading fitness classes for her dancers, learning more and more about fitness and personal training. Nicole found that she loved being able to help people believe in themselves and push through a tough sweat session. After 10 years of running her studio, she changed careers, became a full-time personal trainer, and hasn’t looked back!

About the workouts
iFIT Trainer Nicole Vogel will teach you all the proper rowing techniques that you need to help you develop a rhythmic flow and start your journey to becoming an expert rower. You’ll increase your endurance and lung capacity and build lower-body strength as you get more comfortable on your machine. Each workout is less than 20 minutes, so you’ll make the most of your time!
