
Ingredients
- 1 ounce ground beef, cooked (don’t drain the fat)
- ½ tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- ½ ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 avocado, halved, deseeded, peeled, and diced
- 1 tablespoon Whole30® ranch
Directions
- Mix the ground beef in a small bowl with the taco seasoning.
- Top the romaine with the cheese, beef, avocado, and ranch.
- If meal prepping beforehand, you can top the romaine with the cheese and beef, then place in an airtight container. In a separate airtight container, place the ranch. Don’t cut the avocado until just before eating.
