Have you tried our SmartAdjust feature yet? Our treadmill users have loved it, and now bike, rower, and elliptical users can access the SmartAdjust feature, too!
Designed to provide an interactive and personalized workout experience, SmartAdjust tailors your workout to your fitness level, learning from your adjustments to speed, incline, decline, and resistance, based on your workout history.

This feature allows you to work out at your own pace without the need to make constant manual adjustments during your workout. While SmartAdjust is on, you may continue to change the speed, incline, decline, or resistance to suit your fitness level.
