Ingredients
- 3 cups 1% milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
Directions
- In medium saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and salt.
- Heat over medium-low heat.
- When it begins to steam, add the chocolate and cocoa.
- Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat, then stir in the peppermint extract.
- Divide into mugs.
