Sahlab
I love to experience new cultures, so when I was looking for a new holiday drink, I decided to give this Middle Eastern beverage a try. Since it can be hard to find sahlab flour, I substituted cornstarch to the right consistency. It turned out to be a thick, creamy drink with a yummy, vanilla-cinnamon flavor and just a hint of coconut. And it’s really good either warm or cold!
