Alex Gregory is a professional rowing athlete and outdoor enthusiast from England. At 17, he was introduced to rowing by a friend. This seemingly insignificant moment changed his life. He went on to compete professionally for 16 years, retiring with a World Best Time, five World Championship titles, and two Olympic gold medals. Alex also holds seven Guinness World Records! Using his experience as a top athlete, he hopes to teach and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.

This series builds off the Lake District National Park and Snowdonia National Park Walking Series, pushing you to work for 25–35-minutes on hikes, walks, and recoveries. Alex will also challenge you with more structured interval work to help you build speed and strength as you explore the sprawling landscape of Namibia!
