If you find yourself struggling to stay in the loop with everything new and exciting going on at iFIT, then signing up for email and push notifications may be the right solution for you. Whether you’re constantly checking the iFIT Library with anticipation over an upcoming series, browsing the iFIT app to find your next series, or waiting to hear more about the next Challenge, then signing up for alerts from iFIT will work in your favor!

By signing up for email and push notifications, you’ll be the first to hear about new iFIT features, monthly Challenges, new series, membership discounts, and more!

Sign Up for Email Notifications

To receive emails from iFIT, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your iFIT account on iFIT.com.
  • Go to “Settings,” then click on “Preferences” under “Emails” to view your Email Preferences.
  • Make sure the following three boxes are ticked: Promotions and discounts, Essential updates and exciting feature announcements, and Monthly newsletter.

If your Email Preferences appear to be selected but you are experiencing issues receiving emails from iFIT, simply deselect and then reselect your preferences. This should resolve the problem.

How to sign up for iFit email and push notifications

Enable Push Notifications on Your Phone

To allow push notifications on your iOS device:

  • Go to your phone Settings.
  • Tap on “Notifications.”
  • Tap on “iFIT.”
  • Turn the toggle on to allow push notifications from iFIT.

To allow push notifications on your Android device:

  • Go to your phone Settings.
  • Tap on “Applications.”
  • Tap on “Application manager.”
  • Open the iFIT app to access “App notifications,” where you can turn on your notifications.

If your mobile device is set to receive push notifications from iFIT, then you’ll be the first to hear about upcoming Live Events, Challenges, and new series in the iFIT Library!
