This month is all about your personal journey. Where have you been? Where would you like to go next? We’ve curated workouts with your journey in mind, whether you are just beginning your trek or ready to push into uncharted territory. Select that path that helps you meet your unique goals.

If you complete all 8 workouts in your selected level by April 30, 2021, you will earn an exclusive reward in the mail. 

Here are this month’s Challenge options:

Treadmill

Walk: Travel across the world to breathtaking locations as you complete culture walks, receive tips on proper form, and focus on mindfulness. Each of these 8 workouts was selected for people who enjoy walking during their workouts.

Hike: From Switzerland to Montana, you’ll hike some of the most beautiful locations on earth. Expect plenty of steady inclines and mountainous regions as you climb. Each of these 8 workouts was selected for hiking-level athletes.

Run: Tour the world from Croatia to Easter Island on a variety of terrains, speeds, and inclines as you improve your speed and performance. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the seasoned runner in mind.

Elliptical

Stride: Travel from Montana to Morocco as you focus on moving your body and practicing good form. Expect flatter terrain with trainers like Nicole Meline to help you stay mindful and enjoy the journey. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the true beginner in mind.

Hike: Complete hiking workouts all over the world as you’re coached by fan-favorite iFit Trainers like John Peel and Ashley Paulson. Expect steep inclines and mountainous terrain. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the hiker in mind.

Climb: Take your hiking workout higher with steeper inclines and more mountainous terrain in Bolivia and Thailand, then on Mount Kilimanjaro. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the advanced hiker in mind.

Bike

Cruise: Explore the world, traveling to places like Turkey and Alaska, as you cruise through each workout. Expect flat roads, beautiful scenery, and plenty of coaching from your iFit Trainers. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the true beginner in mind.

Speed: Travel to Norway, Spain, and Japan as you progress to the next level with strength and endurance rides. Expect more progressive workouts that push you to improve your stamina. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the experienced cyclist in mind.

Endurance: See the sights in Switzerland, New Zealand, and Lake Tahoe as you explore your limits. Expect advanced workouts that help you increase your speed, find your maximum threshold, and explore your endurance. Each of these 8 workouts was designed with the advanced cyclist in mind.

Paddle: Explore beautiful waterways as you get to know your machine and learn more about proper form and technique. Your iFit Trainers will help coach you through each workout, from England to Zambia. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the true beginner in mind.

Race: Head to locations like Portugal and Switzerland as you tackle intervals, pyramid workouts, and endurance rows. You’ll focus on increasing your endurance and improving your form as you go. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the advanced rower in mind.

Strength

Yoga: Go with the flow and explore yoga workouts in distant destinations like Jordan and Thailand. Each workout will help you improve your balance and develop a strong mind and body. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the true beginner in mind.

Beginner Strength: Your iFit Trainers will coach you on proper form as you complete bodyweight, dumbbell, and recovery workouts. Each of these 8 workouts is meant to teach you the fundamentals of strength training.

Advanced Strength: Try full-body workouts with weights, HIIT, and even some core work as you strengthen every muscle. Each of these 8 workouts was selected for advanced strength training.
