Shannon, how can iFIT members adapt these workouts to suit their personal weight loss goals?

SHANNON: “Members can tailor these workouts to their fitness level and weight loss goals by adjusting the intensity of walking, jogging, or running. Incorporating intervals of higher intensity, like fast-paced walking, jogging, or running, lets members level up at their own pace. Focus on consistency and gradually increasing intensity for effective weight loss. Listen to your body and progress at a pace that aligns with your fitness level and goals.”

Lastly, how did the Australian environment and experience influence your fitness journey?

SHANNON: “Australia transformed my fitness journey into a joyous exploration. Walking those scenic trails and feeling the sun on my face had a profound impact on me. It’s more than a physical exercise; it’s a mental reset. As a wife and mother of four, and dealing with my father’s loss, this series became my sanctuary. Exercise is vital for mental health and acts as preventative medicine, helping me stay strong for my family and myself. This series has been a game-changer, providing mental, physical, and emotional uplift.”
