The race will take place on April 21, 2025 but is subject to change by race organizer. Winner is solely responsible for all transportation to get to the race. If winner cannot get to the race on stated date the prize will be forfeited and no other prize will be provided. Winner will be required to sign a document to race in Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason (as determined by Sponsor). Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner acknowledges that the prize is awarded with the manufacturer’s warranty, but no other warranties are offered. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be taken on a date of the Sponsor’s choosing. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner who engages in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the meet up.
