iFIT lets you travel the world with Global Workouts set in some of the most beautiful and exotic locations all over the world. We’re thrilled to add a new destination to that list: Namibia! You can join iFIT Trainer Alex Gregory in Africa for a walking series that lets you explore this incredible country. As you anticipate the Namibia Walking Series, here’s some information about this unique region in Africa.
Located on the southwestern coast of Africa, Namibia ranges from arid temperatures in the north, to reefs and shoals of what is known as the “Skeleton Coast.” There is a spectacularly unique landscape, offering desert, mountains, canyons, and savannas for endless exploration. While Namibia is known as the driest country in the sub-Saharan region, it is also home to plenty of flora, fauna, and wildlife.

iFIT Trainer Alex Gregory will be your guide as you explore some of the most unique destinations Namibia has to offer. You’ll walk in a variety of locations including:
Alex will take you on a journey through the sand to the ocean before guiding you to the ominous Shawnee shipwreck right on the coast!

Etched over millions of years by the Swakop River and the arid desert winds, this landscape is home to some unique plant life and rock formations.

Join iFIT Trainer Alex Gregory for an inside look into the home of the San Bushmen, one of the oldest human civilizations on Earth. You’ll get a tour of the stunning landscape they call home and see one of their most treasured sites.

Alex will take you through the maze of giant smoothed boulders to the iconic stone arch and pair of towering peaks that give this spot its name.

Alex Gregory is a professional rowing athlete and outdoor enthusiast from England. At 17, he was introduced to rowing by a friend. This seemingly insignificant moment changed his life. He went on to compete professionally for 16 years, retiring with a World Best Time, five World Championship titles, and two Olympic gold medals. Alex also holds seven Guinness World Records! Using his experience as a top athlete, he hopes to teach and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.
