A person may not share an Instagram account when entering. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $3,537.92. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize (or portion thereof) for one of comparable, equal, or greater value for any reason. The prize is provided “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee by the Sponsor. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). The prize will be awarded only if the potential Grand Prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. The prize will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after the prize winner is announced. 9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Limitations of Liability The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to: malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
