December Challenge: 12 Days of Fitness

It’s time for the last iFit Challenge of 2020! Who’s ready to end the year strong? 

This month, we want to keep you on your toes, so we won’t be giving you the workouts ahead of time. For the December Challenge: 12 Days of Fitness, we’ll be revealing a new workout (per equipment type) every day for 12 days. It’s like an advent calendar for workouts! 

From December 1–12, we’ll release 1 workout a day for treadmill, elliptical, bike, and rower, so you won’t know what your next workout is until the following day. 

Be sure to watch our Instagram stories each day, where we’ll reveal your next workout. We’ll also be saving them to our Instagram highlights, in case you miss a day. 

To complete the Challenge, you must finish all 12 workouts, but you can do the workouts whenever you’d like. All 12 need to be completed by December 31, 2020!
