Explore New Workouts from YogaSix and Club Pilates in the Sculpt & Flow Challenge

We’re expanding the off-equipment experience for iFIT members like never before, with new workouts from YogaSix and Club Pilates. This gives you access to 200 new yoga and Pilates workouts from 10+ new trainers!

To give you a glimpse into these new workouts, we’re launching the Sculpt & Flow Challenge. Prefer yoga? Try a curated collection of eight YogaSix workouts to deepen your practice. More into Pilates? There are eight Club Pilates workouts to help you focus on mat work. You can complete one or complete both; your choice!

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by July 31, 2025 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.

Members who complete the Sculpt & Flow Challenge between June 5 and July 31, 2025 will be eligible for exclusive in-studio offers from participating Club Pilates and YogaSix locations, plus a chance to win a free one-year unlimited studio membership from either brand! 

Here’s how it works:

  • Complete all 8 YogaSix workouts to unlock the YogaSix offers.
  • Complete all 8 Club Pilates workouts to unlock the Club Pilates offers.
  • Complete all 16 workouts (both YogaSix and Club Pilates) to unlock all the offers.

Club Pilates Offers (U.S. and Canada, excluding residents of Quebec only)

Eligible iFIT subscribers who complete the eight Club Pilates workouts will receive:

  • One free intro class
  • 3-class package with 10% off the retail rate
  • Entry into a sweepstakes for a 1-year unlimited membership

YogaSix Offers (U.S. only)

Eligible iFIT subscribers who complete the eight YogaSix workouts will receive:

  • 3-class package for $26 + one free yoga mat rental
  • 50% off the first month of a new membership (4, 8, or unlimited classes)
  • Entry into a sweepstakes for a 1-year unlimited membership

Find your center with eight YogaSix workouts, each from 20-30 minutes. Grab your mat as you find your flow and focus on various muscle groups led by expert yoga trainers.

Club Pilates workouts

Find meaning in movement as you complete eight mat flow Pilates workouts, each from 15-30 minutes. These mat-based workouts will help you focus on conditioning, balance, and strength as you work your entire body alongside a variety of Club Pilates trainers.
