Get Rewarded for Your Commitment with the March Consistency Challenge
If you’ve ever wished motivation came with a scoreboard, the March Consistency Challenge is for you. This monthly Challenge rewards the most powerful habit in fitness: simply showing up. There’s no program to follow or specific workouts to complete. Instead, every iFIT workout you complete from March 1-31, 2026 counts toward badges that recognize your effort and progress.
How it works
The rules are simple: complete iFIT workouts and earn badges for your Trophy Case as you go. Any iFIT workout qualifies, from strength and cardio to yoga and recovery- and everything in between. As your total climbs throughout the month, you’ll earn badges based on how many workouts you complete so you can celebrate every win along the way:

If you reach 30 workouts, you won’t just earn the Elite badge; you’ll receive all four badges as the ultimate reward for staying consistent all month long. You can complete multiple workouts in a given day; as long as it adds up to 30 workouts at the end of the month, you’ll earn all the badges.

Where to find the Challenge
You can view and track your progress in the iFIT mobile app, where your badges will appear in your Trophy Case as you earn them. Best of all, you don’t need to sign up; simply complete a workout in the app or on your equipment to be automatically in. Don’t have the iFIT mobile app downloaded to your phone or tablet? You can download it here.

Consistency is the foundation of real results, no matter what your goals are today. This challenge helps remove the pressure and replaces it with momentum. Whether you’re easing back into a routine or pushing toward a new personal best, each workout will help you build the confidence and habits to keep you moving forward.
Open the iFIT fitness app and start your first workout today. Your Bronze badge is one session away.
