Fall in Love with the Burn in the Valentine’s Flash Challenge

Who says Valentine’s Day is only about roses and chocolate? This year, iFIT is turning up the heat with the Valentine’s Flash Challenge. This short, sweet, and seriously motivating fitness experience will get your heart pumping from February 13 through 15.

How it works

The Flash Challenge features three energizing workouts per modality, each led by dynamic duos of iFIT Trainers. Expect fun banter, balanced coaching styles, and that extra push that comes from training alongside two experts who feed off each other’s energy.

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by February 15, 2026 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case. 

Here are this month’s Challenges:

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking and Running: Feel the love as you complete three workouts with iFIT Trainer duos! You’ll walk and run in French Polynesia and Jamaica for a heart-pumping Flash Challenge.
