Gear up for the February Meet & Greet Challenge! You’ll work out with 8 different iFit Trainers to learn more about their athletic talent, unique outlook on life, and style of training. 

Many of our trainers may not be new to us, but they may be to you! Expand your horizon by following workouts on your treadmill, elliptical, bike, and rower, or even off of your equipment with strength sessions. Who knows? You may end up discovering a new favorite trainer to encourage your fitness routine!

This month’s challenge is also offering workouts for various difficulty levels—ranging from beginner to strength to advanced—to ensure that we have a trainer and workout challenge for your individual lifestyle.
