This month, let’s turn up the beat and show the world what our hearts are truly made of with the Heart Health Challenge! In honor of Heart Health Month, try heart-healthy workouts that promise to keep your pulse racing and spirits high, no matter how cold it gets outside. 

Complete the workouts from your selected challenge by February 29, 2024, and earn a digital reward viewable in your Trophy Case. Once you’ve completed the Challenge, you can download your reward and share it with family and friends!

Here are this month’s Challenges:
