Meet your Mt. Everest iFit Guides
With a deep love for mountains and climbing, iFit Guide Kenton Cool has scaled Mt. Everest a total of 14 times in his mountaineering career, once summiting the daunting mountain twice in the same week!
Growing up in New Zealand, Lydia began climbing at a young age and has gone on to be the first woman to successfully summit Mt. Everest without any supplemental oxygen. She is also the only woman to have successfully guided Everest five times!
Ang Tshering Lama
As a guide, Ang is always willing to go the extra mile to help others, whether that’s teaching outdoor programs to kids from disadvantaged backgrounds or being part of the world’s highest rescue. This feat was completed at 8,600 meters elevation on Everest, where they were able to save 2 lives. No matter what, you can trust Ang to lead you safely up any treacherous summit.
