Join Us at the 2021 Boston Marathon® Expo!

We are so thrilled for the 2021 Boston Marathon®! This year, we’ll be out and about at the expo, where you’ll have the opportunity to stop by and learn more about iFIT. As an exciting addition to our booth, iFIT Trainers Sally McRae and Pearl Fu will be at the expo every day! Plus, we’ll also have a great selection of NordicTrack equipment for you to demo. The 2021 Boston Marathon® Expo takes place Friday, October 8 – Sunday, October 10 at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center.

The expo times are as follows:

  • Friday, October 8: 11:00 a.m. ET – 6:00 p.m. ET
  • Saturday, October 9: 9:00 a.m. ET – 6:00 p.m. ET
  • Sunday, October 10: 9:00 a.m. ET – 6:00 p.m. ET

We’re also hosting a variety of intimate, low-intensity workout experiences featuring iFIT Trainers Gideon Akande and Jeni DelPozo all weekend long! These exclusive workouts will be held at the Boston Marathon® Fan Fest at the famous Copley Square, just steps from the Boston Marathon® Finish Line! On Saturday morning, Gideon will host a fun run where you’ll start at Copley Square and follow the Charles River. Come along to loosen up for the race or just for the fun of it! Ready to sweat or prepare yourself before the marathon with Gideon and Jeni in these one-of-a-kind workouts? Here’s the schedule!

iFIT 2021 Boston Marathon® Expo workout schedule

Gideon Akande: Strength + Stretch

Friday 10/8: 11:15 a.m. ET   12:00 p.m. ET

Join iFIT Trainer Gideon Akande for a low-impact bodyweight workout, focused on working your entire body! During this 45-minute workout, you can expect a guided warmup with dynamic stretches, a low-impact total-body workout, and a guided cooldown with static stretching. 

Jeni DelPozo: Pilates

Saturday 10/9: 7:00 a.m. ET  7:45 a.m. ET

Join iFIT Trainer Jeni DelPozo for an invigorating Pilates workout that will focus on total-body flexibility and strength. Get ready to stretch it out as you build power and stability! 

Gideon Akande: Strength + Stretch

Saturday 10/9: 8:00 a.m. ET 8:45 a.m. ET

Join iFIT Trainer Gideon Akande for a low-impact bodyweight workout, focused on working your entire body! During this 45-minute workout, you can expect a guided warmup with dynamic stretches, a low-impact total-body workout, and a guided cooldown with static stretching. 

Gideon Akande: Fun Run

Saturday 10/9: 9:00 a.m. ET – 9:20 a.m. ET

Join iFIT Trainer Gideon Akande for this fantastic Fun Run starting at Copley Square. This run will consist of a 20-minute jog at roughly a 13-minute pace along the Charles River. Come prepared to meet new friends while exploring the iconic city of Boston on foot!

Gideon Akande: Strength + Stretch

Sunday 10/10: 7:00 a.m. ET – 7:45 a.m. ET

Join iFIT Trainer Gideon Akande for a low-impact bodyweight workout, focused on working your entire body! During this 45-minute workout, you can expect a guided warmup with dynamic stretches, a low-impact total-body workout, and a guided cooldown with static stretching. 

Jeni DelPozo: Yoga

Sunday 10/10: 8:00 a.m. ET – 8:45 a.m. ET

Join iFIT Trainer Jeni DelPozo for a restorative yoga workout that will focus on total-body stability and strength. Come prepared to move your body mindfully as you flow with intention!

A few reminders!

Before you head to the 2021 Boston Marathon Expo, here are a few things you need to know so you can come fully prepared for an awesome iFIT workout experience!

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to claim your spot and sign our safety waiver. 
  • Bring your own water bottle, towel, and yoga mat (if you have one!) 
  • Be sure to tag us @iFIT in your photos from the event!

For those of you who won’t be able to attend the Boston Marathon®, you can still get in on the action by running the Live Boston 3K Event with us. With iFIT Trainer Casey Sines leading the way, she’ll get you energized for the main event! Run or walk this 3K on October 10, 2021, or access it later in the iFIT Library.
