
Join iFIT Trainer John Peel and your fellow racers for the Live Golden Gate 5K Race along the shore of the beautiful San Francisco Bay. Together, you’ll line up at Muni Pier to enjoy the crisp fall weather as you take in views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. You’ll run along Beach Street and Ghirardelli Square with your fellow runners and walkers as you cross the finish line.
The race starts on Sunday, November 7 at 10:20 a.m. ET. It will also be rebroadcast that evening at 9 p.m. ET.
Everyone who participates in the Live Race in real time or the rebroadcast race will earn an exclusive finisher's medal. Later, you can look up the race in the iFIT Library to compete against yourself or to just revisit the fall race fun.

John Peel is a former NCAA Division I football player for the University of Utah. Using his extensive knowledge and fitness experience, he opened his own personal gym where he specializes in circuit training and transforming body and mind. John’s workouts are fun, fast-paced, and very dynamic. You can always expect a fun challenge!

On Sunday, November 7 at 10:20 a.m. ET, join John on your iFIT-enabled treadmill, elliptical, or the iFIT app on your smartphone or tablet for the Live Race. Or, you can join him for a rebroadcast of the race that evening at 9 p.m. ET. Complete either the Live Race or the rebroadcast race to earn your finisher’s medal.
This is your race, so set a pace that’s comfortable for you. When you participate in the Live Race, you’ll receive an email up to 72 hours after you’ve completed the event with instructions on how to claim your finisher’s medal.
The Live Golden Gate 5K Race will be posted in the iFIT Library after the event, so you can revisit San Francisco whenever you’d like!

Join us at the Live Golden Gate 5K race by tapping the “Live” icon on your iFIT-enabled treadmill, elliptical, or in the iFIT app. Join 10 minutes ahead of the start time, then scan the QR code to ask John your pre-race questions. He might answer them on the run!
