Chase your Fitness Goals (and Your Luck!) in the Lucky 7 Challenge

Ready to improve your fitness while exploring some of the world’s most breathtaking locations? The Lucky 7 Challenge is your ticket to an epic fitness journey. Each equipment type has seven workouts in incredible destinations across the globe. 

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by March 31, 2025 and earn a digital reward viewable in your Trophy Case. 

Here are this month’s Challenges:

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking: Head across the pond with iFIT Trainers Alex Gregory, Stacie Clark, Chris Clark, and Graham McTavish! You’ll complete seven walks and hikes through picturesque landscapes in each workout, taking in the natural beauty of Wales, Italy, and Scotland along the way. 

Join the Lucky 7 Challenge: Walking

Running: Exploration awaits! You’ll visit Easter Island and Ireland in seven workouts focused on becoming a stronger runner. iFIT Trainers Tommy Rivs, Sanya Richards-Ross, and Knox Robinson will each bring their signature styles and knowledge to every experience.

Bike workouts

Casual Riding: Embark on an exploration through the Caribbean, Colorado, and Turkey. You’ll ride through seven beginner workouts with iFIT Trainers Ashley Paulson, Paulo Barreto, and Jen Hudak while taking in stunning scenery.

Amped Cycling: Head to Ireland, Iceland, and Lake Tahoe for the ultimate exploration! iFIT Trainers Ashley Paulson, Yuri Hauswald, and Chris Davenport will lead you through seven incredible intermediate and advanced bike workouts as you explore the sights and sounds of these destinations.

Rower workouts

Rowing: Head to Ireland, French Polynesia, and Martinique for an unforgettable rowing adventure! Join iFIT Trainers Alex Gregory, Sanita Puspure, and Kevin Scott on the water for seven beginner and intermediate workouts.

Strength workouts

Strength: From the iFIT Studio to Bermuda and San Diego, there’s so much to experience this month! iFIT Trainers John Peel, Shelley Dawson, Kallie Humphries, and Cass Olholm will lead you through strength and yoga workouts sure to help you feel stronger and more grounded.
