Embrace the New Year with the Reset & Renew Challenge

Let’s make the most of the new year! This month, we have special workouts and brand-new series sure to help you feel energized as you chase your 2025 fitness goals. There’s something for everyone, no matter where you are now — or where you want to go next.

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by January 31, 2025, and earn a digital reward viewable in your Trophy Case. 

Here are this month’s Challenges:

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking: Kickstart your fitness with our best walking workouts! From Italy to Turks and Caicos, each walk will help you get moving and stay motivated as you chase your fitness goals. Find your inspiration with iFIT Trainers like Stacie Clark, Shannon Cooper, and Danielle Gray as you walk into the new year. 

Join the Rest & Renew Challenge: Walking

Hiking: Embrace the climb with a NEW hiking series! You’ll hike with iFIT Trainer John Peel this month with the Guatemala Hiking Series! You’ll tackle dynamic hikes and even venture up the Pacaya Volcano with John leading you every step of the way.

Running: Run the Sydney Marathon with iFIT Trainer Dan Churchill! You’ll cover 26.2 miles together as you chase your fitness goals. Dan will motivate you every step of the way as you complete this iconic race that was recently named a World Major. Plus, you’ll get a special appearance from iFIT Trainer Adam Pedicini!

Bike workouts

Casual Riding: Explore some of our best bike workouts! From Italy and Australia to the iFIT Studio, you’ll join iFIT Trainers like John Peel and Shannon Cooper for workouts sure to jumpstart your fitness goals.

Amped Cycling: Head to the iFIT Studio with Lizzie Leads for the Ultimate HIIT Cycle Series! You’ll focus on high-intensity workouts that will help you gain fitness, strength, and endurance as you chase your goals.

Rowing: Join iFIT Trainer Alex Gregory in the studio for the Ready, Set, Row Series! He will take you back to basics with this instructional series focused on proper rowing form. He’ll help you make the most of each stroke as you pursue your rowing goals.

Advanced Rowing: Get HIIT and LIIT with iFIT Trainer Toby Massenburg! You’ll head to the iFIT Studio for advanced rowing workouts focused on optimizing your time and your fitness.

Yoga: Take in the beauty of Hawaii with iFIT Trainer AnaMaria Ramirez! You’ll complete HIIT-infused yoga workouts as you take in the beauty of this island paradise.

Strength: Focus on strength with iFIT Trainers John Peel, Ashley Paulson, Paulo Barreto, and Hannah Eden! Each trainer will lead you through strength workouts focused on gaining muscle in your lower and upper body.
