From energizing workouts celebrating the spirit of the season to an adventure exploring what the holidays mean to cultures across the globe, we’re here to help you celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with the gift of fitness!
If you complete all of the workouts from your selected level for the Sleigh the Holidays Challenge by December 25, 2022, you’ll instantly earn an exclusive reward that will be viewable in your Trophy Case! Once you’ve completed the Challenge, you can download your shareable reward.
Here are this month’s Challenge levels:

Treadmill workouts
Running: Beat those winter blues and warm up with us for three holly jolly treadmill workouts! Join John Peel, Richard Biglia, and Ashley Paulson in the iFIT Studio and work up a sweat with the “12 Days of Christmas Bootcamp” and a festive game to find out if you were on the “Naughty or Nice” list. You’ll also ride on Santa’s sleigh for a grand tour of holiday traditions around the world! This Challenge is available from December 5-26 to earn your digital reward.

Bike workouts
Amped Cycling: Hop on your bike for three energizing cycling workouts with John Peel, Richard Biglia, and Ashley Paulson.
