
Passport: What’s New in June
This month, we’re featuring an exciting lineup of new releases, Challenges, Collections, and revivals to help you strengthen, lengthen, build endurance, and boost your weight loss!
On June 10th we’ll start the JP FIT 30 Challenge featuring a new strength series led by iFIT Trainer John Peel. He’ll take you through 28 beginner workouts that are all about 30 minutes long and designed to help you build strength at your own pace. And just to ensure you have plenty of ways to keep building muscle, we’re releasing another new Series led by John: Muscle Maintenance. These six beginner workouts, each under 30 minutes long, are perfect for building lean muscle mass and accelerating weight loss.
Plus, June 5th marks Global Running Day, and we’re celebrating with endurance-focused workouts, like iFIT Trainer Knox Robinson’s new Foundations of Endurance Ireland Series: Part 2 and the new Great Whitehaven Beach 5K with John Peel.
