Get ready to experience Wales' stunning views with iFIT Trainer Alex Gregory in the Snowdonia National Park Walking Series! Over the next 12 workouts, you’ll explore Snowdonia’s most popular sites, including Cader Idris Mountain, Llewellyn’s Castle, and Dolgoch Waterfalls.
Alex Gregory is a professional rowing athlete and outdoor enthusiast from England. At 17, he was introduced to rowing by a friend. This seemingly insignificant moment changed his life. He went on to compete professionally for 16 years, retiring with a World Best Time, five World Championship titles, and two Olympic gold medals. Alex also holds seven Guinness World Records! Using his experience as a top athlete, he hopes to teach and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.

Located west of England, Wales is teeming with myths and legends, from the famous magician Merlin to mountain giants, dueling dragons, and King Arthur himself. You’ll hike to the peaks of several mountains, including Mount Snowdon, the highest mountain in both Wales and England. On the ground, you’ll trek with Alex to Harlech Beach, Cwm Idwal (where the 1924 Everest Expedition team trained!), and the mines of Llanfair Slate Caverns.

Alex will challenge you to endurance walks and tough hikes, followed by recovery walks to keep you going strong. The effort you put into workouts 1 through 10 will help you conquer the task of ascending Mount Snowdon at the end of the series.
