Kenton is one of the world’s leading high-altitude climbers that has summited Everest 14 times throughout his climbing career! He has the highest success rate of any climber and once summited Everest twice in a single week! With his positive attitude and passion for conquering mountains, he’ll keep you motivated throughout your trek.

Lydia Bradey

Lydia Bradley coaches one of the walking workouts in the iFIT Everest: A Trek to Base Camp Series

Lydia is a New Zealand mountaineer that made history as the first woman to summit Everest without supplemental oxygen and is the only New Zealander to have accomplished this feat. Her experience in high-altitude, remote, and extreme environment climates makes her an excellent trainer to guide you on this journey. She’ll inspire you to keep tackling that incline!

 Ang Tshering Lama

Ang Tshering Lama coaches one of the walking workouts in the iFIT Everest: A Trek to Base Camp Series

With years of outdoor teaching experience, Ang will engage you in interesting stories and facts about the mountain. He even rescued two climbers on Mt. Everest at over 28,000 feet! With experience guiding in Nepal, India, and more, he loves to share the experience and culture of his country with others!

Mt. Everest Base Camp in the iFIT Everest: A Trek to Base Camp Series

Your dependable iFIT Guides will lead you up more than 17,500 feet to the world-famous Everest Base Camp! Get lost in exciting stories from your guides while you tackle the terrain. As you explore breathtaking views on the mountain, you’ll learn about the rich local history and culture of the Himalayas. You’ll also hear about many brave climbers who have conquered all 29,000 feet of Mt. Everest.

About the workouts

This 18-part workout series can be intense but is designed for all skill levels. You’ll tackle steady-speed, train-to-terrain, and recovery workouts as you climb, hike, and trek up challenging inclines. Improve your strength and endurance with each step. Then, celebrate your accomplishments with your iFIT Guides when you make it all the way to Everest Base Camp!

Throughout this workout series, you’ll build a solid hiking foundation by tackling steady-speed, train-to-terrain, and recovery workouts as you climb, hike, and trek up challenging inclines.
