This is a big month for all of us at iFIT. We’re excited to bring you brand new series for treadmill, elliptical, bike, rower, and strength!
Some of the biggest highlights of the month are the new series filmed in Canada’s Banff National Park. It’s the country’s oldest national park, full of inspiring sights like turquoise glacial lakes, the towering Rocky Mountains, lush evergreen trees, and so much more. iFIT Trainers Heather Jenson, Ashley Paulson, and Susan Francia will help keep you in shape while exploring the Rockies.
Late in August, we’re releasing a beautiful walking workout with James Lawrence, the Iron Cowboy, that you can listen to while on your treadmill. He’s best known for his astounding feat of completing 50 Ironman triathlons in 50 consecutive days in 50 different states, showcasing the power of mental and physical fortitude.
At the very end of the month, iFIT Trainers John Peel, Richard Biglia, Shannon Cooper, and Jorry Francis will take you through movement demos to ensure you have the proper form in the most common strength exercises.
Lace up and let’s get moving. Here’s everything new for August.
