About Egypt

You’ll head to Egypt in this beginner walking program as you experience some of the most iconic places on Earth. Each walk was filmed in Egypt, exploring Giza, Cairo, and Luxor. This area is known for its rich, storied history and breathtaking structures like the Great Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Giza, and the Tomb of Tutankhamen.

This series will allow you to experience the most beautiful, historic locations in the world. Ramy will walk with you every step of the way, offering an insider’s look at ancient sites that few are permitted to visit.

The workouts

Ramy will lead you through a total of 14 walks in this series. Each one will explore a historic, Egyptian site, exploring inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, deep within the shafts of King Tut’s tomb, under the belly of the Sphinx, and inside the hidden walls of the Karnak Temple. It’s very rare that visitors can explore these areas, and Ramy will take you there.

“Egypt is a land of mysteries that remained unsolved for thousands of years,” said Ramy. “These are centuries-old secrets that we keep trying to unlock today. Egypt is the ultimate location for deeply thoughtful and intriguing exploration, all with a simple workout!”
