About iFIT Trainer Kelsey Sheahan

Kelsey Sheahan is a certified personal trainer based in Colorado. While attending Colorado State University, she cheered for the Denver Broncos and danced for the Armed Forces Entertainment Tour. Her love for movement led her to a diverse career in fitness. In 2014, Kelsey started Sweat Den, a one-on-one personal training studio for women. As a certified Pilates, barre, and pre- and post-natal group fitness instructor, she uses her experience and knowledge to motivate others to reach their fitness goals.

About the Bahamas

Head to the Bahamas without the bustle of the airport! While it’s known for its sparkling beaches, the Bahamas has much more to offer, making it a desirable vacation destination. In this series, you’ll venture out to several islands of the Bahamas, including the famous Nassau Paradise Island. For a change of pace, you’ll also visit lush gardens and the Lucayan National Park.

About the interval workouts

Kelsey will guide you through 12 workouts that combine walking and jogging with Pilates-inspired cross-training. While you take in the grandeur of the Bahamas, you’ll work on sculpting and strengthening your body.
