Take a trip to paradise in the French Polynesia Beach Bootcamp Series with iFit Trainer Elyse Miller! 

About Elyse

Elyse has worked as a personal trainer for almost 20 years. In fact, her first job was working in a gym! In high school, she was a cheerleader and she ran track, which fostered her love of all things fitness. She’s always on the go and can’t sit still, and loves to encourage others to seek out fitness and strength in their lives. She homeschools her two young children, who you will even see in some of these workouts!

About French Polynesia 

You’ll head to the pristine, sandy beaches of Tahiti, Moorea, and Bora Bora in this intermediate program. Each workout was filmed in what is known as French Polynesia, which is composed of 118 atolls and geographically dispersed islands, stretching over 1,200 miles in the South Pacific Ocean.  

This series will allow you to experience the pristine, white-and-black beaches and get a glimpse of the everyday life of the locals. You’ll climb to waterfalls, see bungalows suspended over the water, walk alongside stingrays, and even experience iconic Mount Otemanu.

The workouts 

Elyse will lead you through a total of 16 workouts in this series. Each one will focus on helping you build strength while toning your muscles. You’ll tackle intervals both on and off of your machine. You’ll also incorporate dumbbells and your own bodyweight to really feel the burn!

Elyse’s favorite part of this series is the incredible views! 

“There are so many different areas to explore in these workouts,” said Elyse. “In one workout, we’ll climb through a jungle canopy, and in the next workout, we’ll run along a beach so beautiful it looks like it belongs on a postcard. The water is crystal clear, so we’ll even run next to sharks and stingrays—it’s incredible!”

You’ll also experience beautiful locations like the Panorama Overlook, Fautaua Waterfall, and Magic Mountain.
