Build Real Strength in 60 Days with iFIT Trainer Gerell Webb

If you’re ready to feel stronger, move better, and follow a plan that helps you stay consistent, the 60-Day Dumbbell Strength Training Program is your next step.

Led by iFIT Trainer Gerell Webb, this nine-week strength program is built to help you develop total-body strength through progressive training. Best of all, this series meets you where you are while helping you to level up week after week. You’ll start with quick 15-minute workouts and gradually build up to 30 minutes as your strength and conditioning improve.

All you need is a set of dumbbells, a bench, and the commitment to show up for yourself four days a week.

Improve shoulder strength and muscle endurance with progressive dumbbell exercises featured in the 60-Day Strength Training Program.

What is the 60-Day Dumbbell Strength Training Program?

The 60-Day Dumbbell Strength Training Program is a progressive strength plan designed to build muscle, improve performance, and increase total-body power in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.

Over the course of nine weeks, you’ll complete four workouts per week. Each workout will target a specific muscle group so you can train hard while allowing your body to recover.

Gerell Webb demonstrates a challenging dumbbell strength workout designed to build upper-body strength, core stability, and total-body conditioning.

How the program works

This program is built around a simple but effective concept: progressive overload and consistency.

Instead of jumping into long, intense workouts, you’ll ease in with 15-minute sessions and gradually increase the duration as you build strength. That progression is key: it can help your body adapt and recover without feeling overwhelmed.

As the weeks progress, the intensity will increase as your strength and endurance grow, helping you to feel ready to take on longer durations.

If you’ve been waiting for the right strength program to commit to, this is it. The 60-Day Dumbbell Strength Training Program provides a clear path, progressive workouts, and the structure and encouragement you need to get stronger in a sustainable way.

Ready to get to work? Grab your dumbbells, set up your bench, and iFIT Trainer Gerell Webb will handle the rest!
