Transform 90: What It Is, What to Expect, and Why It Works
Ninety days is a long time to commit to something. Transform 90 is built to make that commitment worth it.
This is a 13-week strength program coached by iFIT Trainers Bree Cox and John Peel. Seventy-nine workouts, six days a week, 45 minutes a session. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a bench. No machine required, no gym needed.
What the program actually looks like
Transform 90 is a progressive strength program, which means every week builds on the last. The workouts get more challenging as you move through the 13 weeks, and that progression is intentional. Your body adapts. The program adapts with it.
Bree and John coach every session from warm-up to cool-down. You are never guessing what comes next or how to do it. The structure is there. You just have to show up.

Who it is for
Transform 90 is designed for anyone who wants to build real strength over 13 weeks and is willing to put in the work six days a week to do it. You do not need a gym, a machine, or a lot of equipment. You need consistency and a small amount of floor space.
If you have started programs before and not finished them, that is not a reason to skip this one. It is a reason to try one that is built differently. The daily structure, the coaching, and the community are all designed to keep you going when motivation alone would not.
The community matters

The Transform 90 Facebook community is where your cohort lives. These are the people who started the same day you did, working through the same program, checking in and showing up for each other. The members who finish Transform 90 consistently point to the community as one of the reasons they did.
