Canyonlands National Park Cardio Series: Push Your Pace
Take on a new cardio challenge with iFIT Trainer Hannah Eden in the Canyonlands National Park Cardio Series. Across eight advanced tread workouts, you'll build speed, endurance, and power through a progressive mix of runs, incline work, intervals, and recovery.
Set against the dramatic landscapes of Canyonlands National Park, this series is designed to build on the fitness you've developed in the Pines to Peaks Series- and challenge you to go further.

Build Your Cardio Fitness, One Workout at a Time
Every workout in the series has a different focus, but together they create a progressive training experience.
You'll tackle uphill sprints at Upheaval Dome, sustained tempo work at Thelma & Louise, progressive pacing through Lost Canyon, and interval work at Neck Springs. Later workouts take you to Marlboro Point, Gemini Bridges, Big Spring Canyon, and The Needles, giving you eight opportunities to challenge your fitness in new ways.
Expect a mix of:
Incline intervals to build power with short uphill sprints
Sustained tempo efforts to improve your ability to hold a challenging pace
Progressive runs that gradually increase your effort
Intervals that alternate hard efforts with recovery
Recovery walking to give your body a chance to reset
The workouts range from 35 to 40 minutes, with advanced intensity throughout.
From Pines to Peaks to Canyonlands
If you've completed Pines to Peaks, Canyonlands is your next challenge.
Hannah builds on the work you've already put in, combining controlled efforts with faster pushes, sprints, and challenging intervals. As the series progresses, you'll be asked to increase your effort and hold onto your pace when things get tough.
It's cardio training with a purpose: build your capacity, test your limits, and keep progressing.

Run Through Canyonlands
The scenery changes with every workout. Run through the otherworldly formations of Upheaval Dome, the dramatic landscape of The Needles, and the towering rock formations surrounding Gemini Bridges and Big Spring Canyon.
Canyonlands is a landscape shaped by the Colorado and Green Rivers, with deep canyons, towering mesas, buttes, fins, and spires stretching across Utah's high desert.
With Hannah guiding the effort, the scenery gives you something to chase while the workout gives you a reason to keep pushing.
Your Next Cardio Challenge
Eight workouts. Eight Canyonlands locations. One progressive challenge.
Whether you're working toward a faster pace, stronger endurance, or simply ready to take on your next advanced cardio challenge, Hannah Eden is ready to take you there.
