Whether you’ve set a lofty goal to run a marathon by the end of the year, or you’re simply determined to move your body for 15 minutes every day, motivation plays a key role in your success. At iFIT, we’re focused on inspiring you to be your best self, and one of the ways we push you to keep striving is through Challenges.
Committing to a Challenge can help you get excited about staying active. When you finish the Challenge, celebrate your victory and enjoy that invigorating confidence boost. It’s just what you need to keep focused on your progress!
You can challenge yourself to finish a workout series or consider signing up for an official iFIT Challenge. We offer a variety of Challenges, some of which span over a day, a few days, or even over three months. There are also monthly Challenges that must be completed by the end of the corresponding month.
Ready to take on a Challenge? Here’s everything you need to know to get started!
Each month, we announce a unique fitness Challenge to motivate and push you a little harder. The Challenge is different every month, and the requirements to complete it also vary. We try our best to make sure there’s a Challenge for every equipment type, but it depends on the month! To stay updated on iFIT Challenges and more, visit the Facebook group or Instagram page for updates.

There are a few different ways you can learn what the Challenge is each month. First, make sure you’re signed up to receive emails from iFIT! We’ll send you an email whenever we release a new Challenge. We’ll also announce Challenges on our Instagram page, Facebook group, and send announcements through push notifications. Learn more about signing up for email and push notifications here.
If you’re receiving iFIT emails, you’ll get an email each month with information on the latest Challenge. You can also visit the Facebook group or Instagram page and check out the latest Challenges, or search through Challenges on the home screen in the iFIT app or your iFIT-enabled machine. No need to sign up. Just start the workouts in the Challenge and complete them to earn your reward.

We announce a new Challenge every month. (And sometimes we throw in a bonus Challenge, too!) Make sure to join the Official iFIT Member Page on Facebook, as we post the latest announcements there.
If you’ve met all the requirements by the Challenge end date, you’re eligible to receive a reward in your email that can be viewed in your personal Trophy Case. All of your rewards from Challenges will be housed in your Trophy Case.

Yes! Depending on equipment type, there will likely be multiple iFIT Challenge levels, and you are more than welcome to join as many as you’d like. For example, you can participate in the “Walking” and “Running” Challenge levels on your iFIT-enabled treadmill or elliptical.
Need a motivation boost? Join an iFIT Challenge and keep progressing toward your most ambitious fitness goals. Plus, each of these workouts counts toward your milestones, earning you even more rewards!
