Join the Rivs Flash Challenge

Everyone loves a good comeback story, and none are more impressive than the story of iFIT Trainer Tommy Rivs Puzey. If you’ve ever done an iFIT workout with Tommy, you know his message of perseverance and encouragement.

We’ve curated three of Tommy Rivs Puzey’s most popular walking workouts for the Rivs Flash Challenge as we prepare to launch his newest iFIT Series on February 7, 2022 at Midnight MT, called the Road to Recovery Part 1: Mexico.

How the Flash Challenge works

Explore the world from the comfort of home with iFIT Trainer Tommy Rivs Puzey! Together, you’ll walk in Croatia, Spain, and Portugal. Each workout is a beautiful, educational walk with Tommy offering history, education, and fitness expertise along the way.

Complete all 3 walking workouts in the Rivs Flash Challenge by February 6, 2022 and you’ll earn a digital reward.

About Tommy Rivs Puzey 

Tommy Rivs Puzey has loved running since he was a little kid. As a professional endurance athlete and coach, he specializes in exercise physiology, health and wellness, nutrition, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. After working and traveling extensively throughout Mexico and Central America, Tommy headed back to the U.S. to complete his doctoral degree in physical therapy at NAU and become an LMT. He eventually settled with his family in Flagstaff.
