About Ryan
Ryan is a professional mountain biker who has always had a passion for athletics and big adventures. He participated in a number of athletic clubs in high school and college, including cycling, running, and triathlons, as well as the swim and wrestling teams. His goal is to equip cyclists and athletes with the education, inspiration, and tools needed to tackle two-wheeled ambitions of their own.

About Boulder, Colorado
Boulder is an incredible place for so many reasons. Located in northern Colorado, the city sits at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. It was rated the happiest city to live in the United States by National Geographic in 2017 and frequently receives top ratings for being the best city in the nation for well-being, according to Gallup studies. Boulder is also known for its cycling culture and boasts of having nearly 93,000 bicycles in the city (that’s almost 1 bicycle for every Boulderite).
In the series, you’ll adventure through Chautauqua Park, Sunshine Canyon, and end in Jamestown to take in the scenery!

About the workouts
This series is meant to get you moving. Along the course of the series, Ryan will guide you through six intense workouts that focus on tempo, intervals, hill climbs, and pushes in and out of the saddle. You’ll work on your aerobic fitness while Ryan discusses tips to help you focus on your health and fitness goals.
