Series Feature: Costa Rica Fast & Fit Series
Challenge yourself in the Costa Rica Fast & Fit Series with iFit Trainer John Peel!

About John
John has loved fitness since childhood. He was a collegiate football player for the University of Utah, and after graduation, he decided to dedicate his career to helping others achieve their fitness goals. He’s worked ever since as a trainer to celebrities, athletes, and anyone who wants to make a physical or mental change in their lives.

About Costa Rica
You’ll head to pristine, sandy beaches, explore amazing waterfalls, and view lush cloud forests in this advanced program. Each workout was filmed in Costa Rica—a rugged, Central American country with coastlines on the Pacific and Caribbean oceans. Costa Rica is most known for its volcanoes, beaches, and rich biodiversity.
This series will allow you to experience the most beautiful beaches Costa Rica has to offer. You’ll also climb and train through lush cloud forests alongside wildlife as you challenge yourself with rugged terrain changes.
The workouts
John will lead you through a total of 12 workouts in this series. Each one will focus on working the entire body through interval, incline, and steady-state runs as you climb to breathtaking views.
John’s favorite part of this series is the challenge!
“As a former athlete, I’m still a believer in the power of short, sprinting intervals,” said John. “There’s nothing more effective than powerful, efficient training—and this series provides just that. It will be a challenge, but you’ll come out stronger when it’s all over!”
In this series, you’ll experience beautiful locations like the Oropendola Waterfall, Playa Carrillo, and San Luis Lookout.
