Everything new on iFIT this October, from a 90-day strength program to seriously spooky Halloween workout ideas
October doesn't ease in this year. It shows up swinging. A brand new 90-day strength program, three new national park workout series, the next chapter of Ashley Paulson's impossible year, and two entirely new ways to make Halloween genuinely unsettling, all landing on iFIT this month. Here's everything new this October, in the order it actually arrives.
Live now: Mount Rainier National Park Hiking Series
Four 30-minute hikes with John Peel, built to challenge your body without the gym.

October 5: Zombie Outbreak and Haunted Louisiana
Two Halloween pieces are already here. iFIT's AI Halloween workouts kick off with Zombie Outbreak: Outrun the Dead, an interval-driven treadmill or bike session that turns your cardio into a real-time horror story.
Haunted Louisiana takes you into New Orleans with iFIT Guide Dalen Spratt for a paranormal investigation you can actually feel your legs in. Two haunted locations, Destrehan Plantation and Le Petit Théâtre du Vieux Carré, two 20-minute workouts.
October 12: Canyonlands, The Cursed Night Ride, and Haunted House Tour
The Canyonlands National Park Cardio Series arrives with eight advanced tread workouts with Hannah Eden, building speed and power through incline sprints, tempo work, and intervals. The AI Halloween workouts continue the same day with The Cursed Night Ride and Haunted House Tour.
October 17: Transform 90
Six days a week. Thirteen weeks. One noticeably stronger you by the time the holidays hit.
Ninety days is a long time to commit to anything, and Transform 90 is built to make that commitment pay off. iFIT Trainers Bree Cox and John Peel coach you through 13 weeks, 79 workouts, six days a week, 45 minutes a session. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a bench. No gym, no machine, no guessing what comes next. This is the 90-day strength program iFIT members have been asking for.
October 19: Death Valley, Witches Coven Initiation, and Ashley Paulson's Bigfoot 200

The Death Valley National Park Speed Development Series brings six bike rides with Casey Gilbert, building endurance and pacing from Father Crowley to Dante's View. Witches Coven Initiation closes out the AI Halloween workouts lineup the same day.
And Ashley Paulson's impossible year keeps moving. The Tahoe Endurance Running Series was just the beginning, and she's back with five new Zone 2 runs through Washington, this time on the Bigfoot 200 course. Five workouts, 50 minutes each, covering hill strategy, fueling for deep efforts, race simulation, and running economy when your legs have nothing left.
October 26: Yosemite National Park Train to Terrain Series
Eight tread workouts with Darryl "BullyJuice" Williams, combining cardio and functional strength for changing terrain.
Some of this is ready today. Most of it is coming. Either way, clear some space on your calendar, because October just got a lot more crowded on your Start Workout screen.
