Each ride in this series is designed to develop a specific skill while reinforcing the gains you made in previous workouts. Early workouts focus on controlled power and interval precision, while helping you advance to take on longer efforts. You’ll also tackle tougher intensity blocks and speed work that tests your legs and your pacing strategy.
The routes are inspired by some of the most scenic locations on the West Coast. You’ll complete intervals near Bodega Bay, build endurance in Petaluma, and sharpen your speed near Stinson Beach. You’ll conclude your efforts with a final endurance challenge near the iconic Golden Gate Bridge.
Yuri will coach you through every moment, providing his elite-level insights with practical instruction. Expect endless motivation, technical tips, and the kind of encouragement you need to push through the toughest moments together.
