About the Alps
Start at the bottom and work your way all the way to the top of one breathtaking mountain range after another! You’ll climb to a cliffside hotel on the top of a mountain in Appenzell, hike through Lucerne along the border of Italy, explore the beautiful Bernese Alps, and so much more.
About the workouts
This beginner series is made up of 24 low-intensity hiking workouts that combine incline and interval training. Each workout is under 25 minutes long and focuses on building endurance for all your adventures.
