This 16-part series turns up the heat, challenging you to higher RPEs during intervals and endurance rides. You’ll explore Oahu’s diverse terrain, biking along trails, into valleys, and up to stunning Hawaiian vistas.
About iFIT Trainer John Peel
John Peel is a former NCAA Division I football player for the University of Utah. Upon graduating, he relocated to Los Angeles, where he worked as a celebrity trainer for eight years. Since then, he’s moved back to his home state of Arizona, where he lives with his wife, daughter, and three pups. Using his extensive knowledge and fitness experience, he’s opened up his own personal gym called the Sweat Garage. Here, he specializes in circuit training and transforming your body and mind. John’s workouts are fun, fast-paced, and very dynamic. You can always expect a good sweat!
About Oahu
Oahu has something for everyone, from mountain peaks and valleys to scenic beaches and trails. Get ready for an exciting bike adventure, where you’ll soak up the Hawaiian atmosphere with John leading the way. In this series, you’ll get a grand tour of the island’s diverse landscape, including the filming location of some of the world’s most popular movies!
About the workouts
John will coach you through 12 rides that will help you build onto the strength and stamina you developed in his previous beginner cycle series. You’ll push through interval and endurance rides, followed by three stretching workouts at the end of the series to help you recover. You’ll spend time pedaling around the Turtle Bay Resort, Marconi Trail, Kualoa Ranch, and many more tropical locations on the island.
