About iFIT Trainer AnaMaria Ramirez

Born and raised in Costa Rica, AnaMaria Ramirez has always led an active lifestyle. She was a ballet dancer until college, where she fell in love with the gym, trails, and outdoor workouts. As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, EREPS Certified Fitness Instructor, and TRX Certified Trainer, AnaMaria loves to watch her clients achieve their goals and maintain healthy lifestyles. Her ideal workout is a combination of weightlifting and a touch of cardio. Even in her spare time, she loves to work out. If she’s not doing that, then you can find AnaMaria at the beach!

About Hawaii

About the workouts

AnaMaria will coach you through 12 workouts that will help you perfect your yoga flow. AnaMaria will spend time touching on mindfulness topics such as self-love, remembering your “why,” and gratitude. As you work, you can soak up the natural beauty of Oahu.
