About iFIT Trainer Nicole Vogel

After opening her own dance studio, iFIT Trainer Nicole Vogel saw how important cross-training was to dance training. She started leading fitness classes for her dancers, learning more and more about fitness and personal training. Nicole found that she loved being able to help people believe in themselves and push through a tough sweat session. After 10 years of running her studio, she changed careers, became a full-time personal trainer, and hasn’t looked back!
