It’s official: Hannah Eden Fitness (HEF) has arrived at iFIT! 

Hannah Eden leads a dynamic kettlebell lunge movement designed to build lower body strength and stability.

True growth comes from challenging yourself, leaning into discomfort, and choosing to keep going. That’s the spirit behind iFIT Trainer Hannah Eden’s philosophy and the Evolve Kettlebell Series.

This four-week, 16-workout program provides a test of focus, discipline, and self-belief. You’ll learn how to use a kettlebell with control, precision, and flow. Hannah will help you build physical strength and mental endurance along the way. Each session is structured to challenge your coordination, sharpen your technique, and push beyond your comfort zone.
