Starting her running career at a young age, iFIT Trainer Sanya Richards-Ross is the second most decorated female track and field Olympian of all time and the fastest American woman in history in the 400-meters. With 4 Olympic gold medals, Sanya solidified her place in sports history in the 2012 London Olympic games by becoming the first American woman in 28 years, and only the second in history, to be crowned Olympic Champion of the 400-meter race. In her free time, Sanya is an entrepreneur, TV personality, public speaker, humanitarian, and proud mom.
