About Ashley

Ashley Paulson has always loved long-distance running. Inspired by her dad, an avid marathon runner, she began joining him on his shorter runs at eight years old. Today, she is an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, who is also certified in kickboxing, Zumba, and cycling. As an Ironman athlete, she is a self-proclaimed cardio junkie, and she never turns down a good HIIT workout.

About Switzerland 

You’ll head to the quaint countryside towns of Switzerland in this intermediate program. Each workout will explore coastlines and towns, each with its own, unique, breathtaking views. Switzerland is known for its mountainous terrain, crystal clear lakes, and the high peaks of the Alps. 

This series will allow you to experience the most beautiful sights that Switzerland has to offer. You’ll cycle through charming towns and move your body while you take in the beauty of these iconic landscapes. 

The workouts 

Ashley will coach you through a total of 11 workouts in this series. Each one will focus on interval, tempo, and endurance workouts. You’ll explore beautiful coastlines and cities during every cycling session.

Throughout the series, you’ll experience beautiful locations, like Lake Lugern, Grosse Scheidegg, and the Lugano Lakeside.
