The iFit July Challenge

Whether you want to conquer a road race on your bike, a timed rowing race, or a specific distance on the treadmill, iFit has workouts designed just for you. We even have workouts to help you train for those distances if you’re looking for more coaching and preparation. You can tour the state of Utah on your bike, run the entire 2019 Boston Marathon on your treadmill, or try your hand at a rowing regatta in Zambia. Are you ready to take on the new year and unleash your potential? Commit to your fitness in 2021 with our Fresh Start Challenge! This three-month iFIT Challenge will help you build healthy habits and maintain motivation in the new year. The Fresh Start Challenge focuses on the foundations of consistency, which can take your training to new heights! To complete the Challenge, finish 12 iFIT workouts each month from January through March. Any iFIT workout counts, including outdoor, studio, mobile app, and TV app workouts. (Manual workouts do not count toward this Challenge.) Complete all of your workouts by March 31, 2021 to earn your exclusive reward.
