iFit Community’s Top Workout Locations
At iFit, our goal is to give you a taste of the world during each Global Workout. We strive to make each session with us an unforgettable, enriching experience, where time flies and you feel inspired to travel the globe in real life!
While we’re constantly adding new workout locations to our list, we asked our community to weigh in on their favorite locations so far. Below are our community’s top 5 picks and why!
1. Costa Rica
From the lush jungle to white, sandy beaches, Costa Rica is the ultimate destination for surfers, sunbathers, and adventure seekers. With a quarter of its land protected, there is arguably no other place on the planet that compares to Costa Rica’s natural beauty and diverse landscape.
You get the best of both worlds: beaches and mountains.
2. The Balkans
The Balkans is a geographic region in Southeast Europe, where historic towns and diverse cultures melt right into one another. From the Julian Alps to the vineyards of Istria, there is so much to explore in this part of the world!
I never realized the Balkans were so beautiful, and now it’s on my wishlist to visit!
3. Iberian Peninsula
The Iberian Peninsula is primarily made up of Spain and Portugal and touches both the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. This breathtaking, historically rich area is home to so many beautiful sights, including medieval castles, charming villages, stunning beaches, and beautiful seaside cliffs.
I’ve really enjoyed Portugal, because I enjoy hearing about the geography, cultural attractions, and history of the area.
Hawaii is a top tourist attraction that appeals to travelers from all over the world, so we’re not surprised it’s one of our community’s favorites, too! You’ll find warm, pristine beaches, spectacular mountains, and bustling wildlife, making it the perfect vacation destination. If Hawaii isn’t already on your iFit bucket list, add it now!
I enjoy the variety of running along the beach and hiking in the mountains!
5. Grand Canyon
Considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon is truly breathtaking. 227 miles long, 10 miles wide, and 1 mile deep, this extraordinary canyon is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
I consider the Grand Canyon to have a lot of untapped potential for future workout series.
