Through 12 workouts, you’ll traverse the unbelievable terrain of Washington’s national parks while focusing on becoming a stronger cyclist.

Whether you want to improve your overall cycling fitness, tackle tougher climbs, or build confidence on the bike, this series gives you a structured path forward.
Over four weeks, you’ll join Ashley for three rides per week that gradually increase the challenge as your fitness improves. You will start with shorter interval efforts to establish a strong foundation before progressing to longer threshold efforts, powerful intervals, and demanding climbs.Each workout has a purpose, helping you develop key cycling skills while keeping every ride engaging and rewarding.

As your fitness grows, so does the adventure.
You’ll ride through the lush greenery of the Hoh and Bogachiel Rainforests, take in the beauty of Lake Quinault, and climb toward panoramic views overlooking Mt.Rainier. Along the way, you’ll see waterfalls, mountain passes, coastal scenery, and all the stunning beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Through it all, iFIT Trainer Ashley Paulson brings her signature energy, expertise, and encouragement to each ride. She’ll share coaching insights, race experiences, and personal stories that are sure to leave you feeling inspired.
